Defective of Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with your name, order number, images within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a refund.
Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with out shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frame of 6-12 days; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping time exceeds 22 days, you can contact us at embrokshop@gmail.com and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.
Returns
We do not accept returns, but if you have any issue with the product within 7 days of receiving it, please reach out to us at embrokshop@gmail.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Embrok is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered in the order. Upon inquiry, Embrok will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
